1. Service Scope
SellerIQ provides seller intelligence, action recommendations, alerts, and marketplace-ready workflow tooling. Final pricing, listing, ad, and customer-response actions remain your responsibility.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you connect, the credentials you provide, and the business decisions you make based on platform insights.
3. Billing
Paid plans may use Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or manual billing flows depending on deployment. Subscription terms and refunds should be finalized before public launch.
4. Marketplace Readiness
API-ready placeholders for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify are structural until real credentials and official integrations are enabled.
5. Production Launch Requirement
Before going live, replace this template with finalized legal text approved for your business, country, and billing model.
